Company intelligence comes from the live web: Outfound reads each company's own site and public sources when you ask, and keeps the quotes and links it used, so every fit decision has evidence you can check. Contact data is enriched from several premium providers and verified before you unlock it, which keeps bounces low and protects your domain.

Sending runs on a separate sending domain that Outfound provisions for you, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and link branding set up and monitored (plus reverse DNS on a dedicated IP). Every plan includes shared sending infrastructure; a dedicated IP is available as a monthly add-on. Warm-up is adaptive and gated on health signals, and campaigns pause automatically if placement drops. Your main domain is never used for cold outreach.

Yes. Invite your team into one workspace, share projects and lead lists, and follow pipeline activity together. Admins control who can view leads, run campaigns and manage billing.

Connect Outfound to your workflows with outbound webhooks. Lead replies, completed campaigns and discoveries, and sending problems can be sent to Zapier, Make or your own server. Yes, once your account is open. We are opening accounts in stages and new accounts are invite-only for now. Request early access and we will open yours when your turn comes.

Once it is open, you try the real product without a card: 20 company discoveries and 40 email drafts are free. Contacts' email addresses and phone numbers stay hidden and sending is off until you subscribe to a plan.

Every plan includes email and chat support. The help centre has step-by-step articles and video guides; the support assistant answers from these articles and can hand your question to the team. Enterprise customers also get priority support and a dedicated account manager.

Describe one product, add your price list if you have one, and compare candidate countries. The report brings together demand, competing suppliers, tariffs, freight assumptions, requirements to verify and a market entry plan, with sources. Market research uses separately purchased research credits; it is not part of the monthly discovery allowance.

Monthly subscriptions in US dollars, with no per-seat fees. Starter is $99, Growth $249 and Scale $549 per month, renewing automatically each month; no Turkish VAT is charged to businesses outside Türkiye. Customers in Türkiye pay in Turkish lira, VAT included (see the Turkish pricing page). Each plan includes a monthly allowance of qualified company discoveries, email drafts and email sends on shared sending infrastructure; a dedicated IP is available as a $49/month add-on.

Discovery is risk-controlled: we scan thousands of companies but only count the ones that match your criteria, and each qualified company usually brings several relevant contacts at no extra cost. Limits reset at the start of each period and unused limits do not carry over. You can upgrade at any time: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period and the prorated extra allowance is added straight away. Downgrades apply from the next period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in one step from the plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep access until then and are not charged again. Because the service is digital and starts as soon as payment is confirmed, the current period is not refunded.

If the service could not be provided at all because of a technical problem on our side, or you were charged twice by mistake, write to support@outfound.ai and we will review it and refund where appropriate.

Market research is purchased separately in packs of 1, 3 or 5 research credits. Each new research project for one product uses one credit. Unused research credits do not expire and do not reset with your monthly subscription. See research packs.
