In the Integrations › Webhooks dialog, pick the tool you use; each tab shows the steps:
- Zapier: New Zap › Webhooks by Zapier › Catch Hook; copy the address it gives you.
- Make: New scenario › Webhooks › Custom webhook; copy the address.
- n8n: a Webhook node (POST); copy its Production URL.
- Your server: set up an https POST endpoint that accepts JSON.
Paste the address into Webhook URL and press Connect and test; a sample event is sent.
Events sent: lead replies, campaign completion, discovery completion and sending problems (bounces, a domain health pause). With Include the reply text off, the reply's text is not sent.
A webhook is the easiest way to pass replies to another CRM such as HubSpot through Zapier or Make. Events are sent once; make sure your endpoint returns a 2xx response.
