Some companies fit, but no decision maker's address is found. After a discovery finishes, Outfound checks these companies' general inboxes (info@, contact@ and so on) and offers what it found in a card: no person's address was found at some companies, and a verified general inbox was found for a number of them.
- Use Add … addresses to the list to add them, or No, thanks to skip.
- Adding them is free; no company discovery allowance is used.
- Only addresses on the company's own domain, published on its own pages and passing verification are offered.
- These people show in the table labelled General inbox.
A general inbox goes to the company's shared mailbox rather than a person. At small companies it usually reaches the manager, but the reply rate can be lower than for personal addresses.
