Leads

Are email addresses verified, and where do they come from?People are found through B2B data providers and the company's own website; addresses are checked with a verification service.
Can I add general inboxes (info@) for companies without a contact? After a discovery you can add the verified general inboxes of companies where no person was found, for free.
Can I export leads or upload my own list? There is currently no CSV export of leads and no import of your own list; leads are managed inside Outfound.
Can I find leads' phone numbers?Connect your own LeadMagic or Datagma account under Integrations and use Find phone in the CRM.
Can I target my competitors' customers?Outfound does not pull a given company's customer list; you describe your buyers and it finds companies matching that profile.
How does Outfound find potential customers? The copilot sharpens your target; Outfound searches for candidate companies, researches each one and finds decision makers at those that fit.
How do I save the people found to a list?Select people in the discovery results table and save them to a CRM list; emails and campaigns work with these lists.
How do I start a discovery, and how much allowance does it use?Approve the criteria and press Start discovery; company discovery allowance is used only for companies delivered with a new contact.
How is it decided that a company fits? Each candidate company is researched with AI and judged against the buyer you described; the Fit score shows in the table.
How long does discovery take, and can I be notified when it's done?It depends on the target and the market; with Notify me when it finishes you can pick browser, email, Slack or Teams.
In which countries can I find customers?Discovery is not tied to a fixed country list; you tell the copilot the target countries or regions, and you can pick several.
What are segments and how do I change them? The copilot splits your buyers into 2-4 segments; discovery starts after you approve the segments and criteria to research.
What does the discovery copilot ask?The copilot starts from your website or your own description and settles markets, buyer type, company size and target count.
What happens if I stop a running discovery?Stopping a queued discovery is free; for a running one you pay for the companies delivered, at least 2, and the rest is returned.
Why did discovery finish before reaching the target? If the market has few matching buyers, or no contact is found at fitting companies, discovery ends early; allowance follows what is delivered.
