Volza pricing: plans, limits and an alternative

What each Volza plan costs and includes, where customs data falls short, and how Outfound approaches the same job.

Volza sells yearly plans: Startup at $1,500, SME at $4,500 and Corporate at $9,600, with a 7-day free trial. It is a customs data platform: it shows who imported what from shipment records. That is strong for seeing a competitor's buyers, but detailed import data covers 50 countries, most others are mirror data, and verified contacts are capped by plan. Outfound researches each company on its website today, finds the ones that fit with the reason, and sends the first email to the decision-maker.

Where customs data falls short

All twelve limits are in customs data vs buyer research.

How Outfound does the same job

  1. You describe your buyer. Who sells or uses your product, and in which country.

  2. Each candidate's website is read today. Companies that fit come with the reason and a source link; the rest are dropped with why. Companies that do not import today but could sell or use your product are found this way too.

  3. The decision-maker is found and the first email written. Made for that company, in the buyer's language, sent only after you approve it.

  4. The email reaches the inbox. A separate sending domain with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and gradual warm-up comes set up. 98.8% of emails sent on the platform between 25 March and 25 September 2026 were delivered.

One result: Korflame makes outdoor kitchens and barbecues. With Outfound it found customers in Malta, Hong Kong, Greece and Albania and a distributor in Sweden. Methods beyond customs data are in how to find buyers for export.
