Emails

Is it a problem to write emails with AI?

No rule forbids sending AI-written emails; what matters is that the content is relevant and accurate.

An email written with the help of AI is not unlawful because of that. Commercial email rules turn on whom you send to and how: whether the recipient is a business, whether the sender's identity is clear, and whether the recipient can easily opt out.

In Outfound:

  • Each email is written separately from the recipient company's research and the person's role; no mass identical text is sent.
  • No email is sent without your approval, and you are responsible for its accuracy. Check figures, references and claims before approving.
  • Your company details and an unsubscribe link are added to every email automatically.

Spam filters look at relevance, sending reputation and how recipients react, not at who wrote the text. Relevant, short emails protect your delivery rate.
