How do I set up Slack or Microsoft Teams notifications?

Slack

1. In Slack, turn on Incoming Webhooks via Apps › Incoming Webhooks › Add to Slack.
2. Choose the channel for the notifications (for example #sales).
3. Copy the webhook address starting with hooks.slack.com, paste it into the Integrations › Slack dialog in Outfound and press Connect and test.

Microsoft Teams

1. In Power Automate, create a new instant cloud flow triggered when a Teams webhook request is received. Set who can trigger the flow to Anyone, otherwise notifications are blocked.
2. Add a "Post card" (adaptive card) step, choose the team and channel, and paste the expression shown in the Outfound dialog into the card field.
3. Save, then paste the trigger's HTTP address into Flow URL (HTTP URL).

Under Which events should send a notification? you can pick When a lead replies, When a campaign completes and When sending runs into a problem, and include the reply's text with Include the reply text. Send test tries the settings.
