From the Edit Campaign menu on the campaign page:
- Pause Campaign: sending stops; everyone's place in the sequence is kept.
- Resume Campaign: sending continues where it left off.
- Archive Campaign (only for completed or cancelled campaigns): the campaign leaves the list; its history and analytics are kept.
The same actions are in the row menu on the Campaigns list as Pause and Resume.
When you resume a campaign paused for a high bounce or spam rate, a warning dialog opens. Review your list before continuing: problem addresses usually come from the same source.
Cancel Campaign cannot be undone. Draft campaigns can be deleted.
To stop sending to one person, open them in the campaign's Leads tab and use Pause Lead.
