The Dedicated IP add-on needs an active main subscription with renewal switched on; it cannot be added to a cancelled account or one without a plan.
- On Settings › Plan, in the Dedicated IP add-on section, click Add a dedicated IP.
- The dialog shows today's charge and the next renewal date. Tick the agreement box and confirm the payment.
It is charged to your main subscription's card; no separate payment page opens. The add-on renews automatically on its own monthly cycle, separately from your main plan.
After the payment is confirmed, your IP address is set up within a few minutes. You then connect it to a sending domain with Connect a domain. If you have domains on the shared IP, you can move them to the dedicated IP.
To cancel, use Cancel add-on › Stop renewal; you keep using the IP until the end of the paid period. When the add-on ends, your domains are not deleted; they go back to the shared IP.
