How do I keep my emails out of spam?Add every DNS record, send short relevant emails to verified addresses, and keep bounce and complaint rates low.

Which DNS records are needed and what do they do?With two NS records Outfound writes them all; with eight, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the sending record are required, MX serves replies, link branding links.
Why do we send from a subdomain (send.)?Mail is sent from a subdomain such as send.; your main domain's email and reputation are not affected.
