Outfound currently has no direct integration with tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce.
Instead:
- Built-in CRM: lists, replies, pipeline stages, tasks and companies are kept in Outfound's own CRM. Many teams don't need a separate CRM.
- Passing data on with a webhook: with Integrations › Webhooks you can send reply and campaign events to Zapier, Make or n8n and create records in your own CRM from there.
