How does Outfound find potential customers?

The copilot sharpens your target; Outfound searches for candidate companies, researches each one and finds decision makers at those that fit.

Outfound does not filter a ready-made database. Every discovery is fresh research into the buyer you describe:

  1. Setting the target: the copilot on the project page talks with you to settle what you sell, which markets and types of buyers you want to reach, company size and how many companies you are aiming for, then proposes buyer segments.
  2. Finding candidates: companies matching the segments you approve are searched for on the web.
  3. Fit analysis: each company is researched with AI and judged on whether it really matches the buyer you described. Those that don't are dropped.
  4. Finding people: at companies that fit, decision makers are found and ranked by the titles you prioritised.
  5. Verification: email addresses are checked with a verification service before sending.

Results appear in the table in the project chat; from there you save people to a list and use it in a campaign.
