How is it decided that a company fits?

Each candidate company is researched with AI and judged against the buyer you described; the Fit score shows in the table.

Candidate companies are not picked by keyword alone. Each company's information on the web is researched with AI and judged on whether it really matches the buyer defined in the copilot (what it does, which channel it is in, its size, its region). Companies that don't fit are not delivered and cost no allowance.

In the results table each row has a Fit score; you can sort and filter by it. Clicking a row opens the company's details.

If you see companies that don't fit:

  • Write in the chat what is wrong (for example "wholesalers, not retailers"); the copilot updates the criteria.
  • Say explicitly which kinds of companies to exclude.
  • Approve the updated criteria for your next discovery.

Only the people you save to a list go into a campaign; don't save the ones you consider a poor fit.
