Outfound does not find phone numbers during discovery. For numbers, you can connect your own phone lookup provider account:
- On Integrations, under Phone lookup, choose LeadMagic or Datagma.
- Paste your key into API key (LeadMagic) or API ID (Datagma) and press Verify and connect. A test lookup checks the key.
- In the CRM, open a lead's details and click Find phone.
Notes:
- The lead needs an email address for the lookup.
- If both providers are connected, they are tried in turn.
- Lookups run on your own provider account and that provider bills you. Your Outfound allowance is not used.
