While a discovery runs, you can use Stop discovery in the project chat. The Stop this discovery? dialog shows up front how much allowance will be used.
- A discovery that has not started (queued): no allowance is used.
- A running discovery: the companies delivered so far stay in your list. Allowance is used for the companies delivered, but because research has started, at least 2 companies' worth is used. The rest is returned.
- A few companies whose contact search is still running at that moment may also be added to your list.
If you change your mind, press Keep running.
If Outfound stops a discovery for a reason on its own side, the minimum of 2 companies does not apply.
If you entered the wrong criteria, stop the discovery, correct them in the chat and start again.
