The measures published in our privacy policy:
- Encryption in transit: all data between you and our servers is encrypted with TLS 1.2+.
- Encryption at rest: sensitive personal data such as email addresses, names and phone numbers is stored with strong encryption; databases and backups are encrypted.
- Sign-in security: passwords are never stored in plain text; authentication is handled by Clerk. You can turn on two-factor authentication on Settings › Account.
- Payment security: card details are held by iyzico and never reach Outfound.
- Access control: role-based permissions in the workspace (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer) and logical separation of data between organizations.
To provide the service we work with selected providers for hosting, AI, data enrichment and email delivery; they are contractually bound to protect your data.
