If results are thin, try this:
- Make your product and buyer clear: if it is not clear what you sell and who buys it, the copilot cannot build the right buyer. Write in a sentence or two who buys and why.
- Narrow the industry: if the chat says almost none of the companies looked at were in the business you are targeting, describe the line of business more concretely (for example "kitchen equipment distributors").
- Cut conditions that can't be verified: needs that companies don't write on the web ("companies looking for …") cannot be checked and lower everyone's score. Use conditions that describe what the company is.
- Widen the market: add neighbouring countries or the region instead of one country; widen the company size range.
- Add general inboxes for companies without a contact: use the general inbox card offered after the discovery.
Companies that don't fit or where no contact is found cost no allowance, so trying again with different criteria is safe.
