You don't set the daily sending limit yourself; the campaign summary shows it as Automatic — follows the warmup ramp. To protect your domain's and IP's reputation, Outfound raises volume gradually:
- A new domain sends at most 20 emails on its first day.
- The limit rises day by day (40, 70, 100, 150…) and reaches 1,500 a day after about 15 sending days. Hourly limits rise with it.
- The limit moves up a step only when most of the day's limit was actually used. If very little is sent several days in a row, it steps back down.
- If the bounce or spam complaint rate goes up, the limit is lowered and, if needed, sending is paused.
When the daily limit is reached, sending continues the next day where it left off; the limit resets at midnight (UTC). You can see a domain's current limit on its card on Sending › Domains.
For more volume you can connect additional sending domains (up to your plan's allowance).
