When an allowance runs out, only the work that depends on it stops; everything else keeps running.
- Company discovery used up: you can't start a new discovery. If some is left, you can start the discovery with as many companies as remain.
- AI personalization used up: generating new emails and other AI actions stop with a "plan limit reached" warning. Your approved emails are not affected.
- Email sending used up: with no sending allowance left, a new campaign cannot be launched. Running campaigns pause with a notice that the plan limit was reached and they will resume once the plan is upgraded or renewed.
To continue, upgrade on Settings › Plan or wait for the period to renew. If a paused campaign does not start again on its own after the renewal, use Resume Campaign from the campaign page's menu.
