Usage

What your plan includes, what is left and when it renews

How do I see my usage history and download it as CSV?Settings › Activity › Usage lists every allowance used, with its type and time; Download CSV gives you the file.
What are allowances and what uses them? Each plan has three monthly allowances: company discovery, AI personalization and email sending; one cannot be moved to another.
What happens when an allowance runs out?Only the work that needs it stops: discoveries shrink, emails can't be generated, campaigns pause; things continue on renewal or upgrade.
When do my allowances renew, and do they carry over?Allowances reset to the plan amounts at the start of each period; unused allowance does not carry over.
Where do I see my remaining allowance?Settings › Plan shows how much of each allowance is left this period and when it renews.
