What is a sender profile and how do I create one?

A sender profile sets the from name, address, signature and the company address in your email footer.

A sender profile holds the sender details the recipient sees and your signature. You need at least one verified sending domain to create one.

  1. On Sending › Sender profiles, click Create Profile.
  2. Identity Details: full name, title, company, phone and website.
  3. Email Sending Settings: From Name, Domain and Email Address.
  4. Forward replies to: the real mailbox that receives a copy of every reply.
  5. Signature lines: which of title, company, phone and website appear in the signature.
  6. The Compliance — email footer section: the company name (Company Name), street address (Street Address), city (City) and country (Country) shown in the email footer are required. Without them the profile cannot be saved and nothing can be sent.

The Live Preview shows how the email looks to the recipient. The profile marked Default Profile is selected automatically for new emails.

You can create several profiles and edit, delete or make one the default from the card menu. If a profile's domain is deleted, the card shows a warning; edit the profile and pick the domain again.
