The number of sending domains you can connect depends on your plan:
- Starter: 1 domain
- Growth: 3 domains
- Scale: 5 domains
Without an active subscription you cannot connect a new domain.
If you have reached the limit, upgrade your plan to add another domain, or delete a domain you no longer use on Sending › Domains.
The limit only applies when adding a new domain. Downgrading does not switch off the domains you already have.
Several domains let you spread sending volume across them and keep each one's reputation separate.
