The Integrations page in the menu has two groups:
Notifications
- Slack: replies, finished campaigns and sending problems land in your Slack channel.
- Microsoft Teams: the same notifications land in your Teams channel.
- Webhooks: sends events to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own server.
Phone lookup
- LeadMagic and Datagma: find leads' phone numbers with your own provider account; your Outfound allowance is not used.
Connections belong to the workspace. After opening an integration and following the steps, Connect and test sends a test message; later you can choose events in its settings or switch it off with Disconnect.
For a tool that is not listed (for example HubSpot), write to us with Request an integration at the bottom of the page.
