Discovery is not a simple search: every candidate company is researched separately, judged for fit, and people are found and verified at those that fit. How long it takes therefore depends on the target number of companies and the size of the market. While it runs, the chat shows the elapsed time and how many companies have been processed.
You don't need to keep the page open. While discovery runs, click Notify me when it finishes and pick channels under When the results are ready:
- Browser
- Slack or Teams (if connected on the Integrations page)
Save with Set. When discovery finishes, you are notified once on the channels you picked.
If a discovery has not moved for a long time, refresh the page; if the problem persists, write to us in the support chat with the project name.
